Payments, bookings, AI assistants and dashboards, built into a fast, well-made website that your team can actually run. For businesses whose website needs to do a job, not just describe one.
Typically £8k–£25k, over 6–10 weeks, starting with a paid Digital Roadmap.
Deposits, gift vouchers, bookings with payment, simple shops. Card payments through Stripe, so card details never touch your site, with the confirmation emails and records handled automatically.
Forms that ask the questions your team needs, route to the right person, and land in a format someone can act on straight away.
A chat assistant that answers from your own product or service information, for example helping shoppers find the right product, and takes contact details when someone wants a person.
Private, phone-friendly screens for your team: check a voucher, see enquiries, see visitor numbers, without logging in to five different services.
Two examples of the kind of work this page is about, both built by me.
A Warrington driving school's new website (live since 8 September 2026) sells gift vouchers paid by card through Stripe. Each purchase creates a unique code and emails it automatically. The instructor has two private screens on his phone: one to check and redeem a voucher code, one showing how many people visit the site, counted without cookies. See the live site →
A chat assistant built for a Shopify store. It searches the brand's own catalogue, answers size-and-fit and policy questions from the brand's size chart and FAQs, and takes a shopper's contact details when they want a person, with a dashboard showing what people ask. (The client isn't named here.)
Workshops with you and your team, a review of your current site, systems and data, then a written plan: what to build, what to buy instead, what it connects to, the risks, a timeline and a fixed quote. Yours to keep whoever builds it.
Designs for the key pages first, then the build in stages you can click through on a private preview link, with a short check-in every week.
Automated tests on the working parts (payments, forms, permissions), checks on real phones, speed and accessibility checks, and a rehearsal of the launch before the real one.
Redirects from your old site, a launch day plan, written documentation and a walkthrough for your team. Then a support plan agreed in the Roadmap, or a clean handover if you'd rather run it yourselves.
Every bespoke build is quoted individually after the Roadmap. These are honest typical ranges, not a menu.
Discovery, written plan and fixed quote. Credited in full against the build.
A website with working parts, usually 6–10 weeks from the Roadmap.
Don't need working parts? Fixed-price packages from £1,250.
Because a project with working parts can only be priced honestly once the moving parts are understood. The Roadmap produces a written plan and a fixed quote you can take anywhere. If you go ahead with me, the full £950 comes off the build.
Then you don't need this page. The Starter, Growth and Pro packages (£1,250 to £4,000, fixed) cover most small business sites, and they are on the home page.
You do. The code, the domain and the data are yours, and the handover includes the credentials and documentation to move it elsewhere if you ever want to.
I do: Ben Edwards, based in Liverpool. You talk to the person writing the code. If a project needs a specialist (photography, copywriting, a particular integration), I'll say so in the Roadmap and name the cost up front.
Yes. Most of the work happens on calls and shared documents, and I can meet in person across Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire.
A short call to see whether a Roadmap makes sense. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
